This was a solid read. It had several tactics I hadn’t thought about. Makes you take a step back and notice things you may do that you don’t realize.
Well written, easy to follow, I thought it was a worthwhile read.

About the Author

Steven Joseph is a first generation American, son of a Holocaust Survivor,
attorney, negotiator, speaker, author, fully cured overweight person,
5 time Boston Marathon and 16 time NYC Marathon runner, a humorist who has
spent 28 years as a partner with therapists, a life time of schuckling at
countless synagogues, many years sitting on a cushion staring at a white
wall at the Village Zendo, but is a person who still smart enough to know
that he hasn’t figured everything out – except for crankiness.
